How to apply

  1. Enquiry

Call the campus closest to you and the admissions team takes your details.

  2. Visit the campus

See classes in session, meet the head of school and get the fee schedule.

  3. Entrance assessment

A relaxed session for your child. Early Years is play. From Grade 1 it includes some reading, writing and maths, so we know where to start teaching, not to screen children out.

  4. Offer

We confirm the grade, campus and start date in writing, including the year any higher grades open.

  5. Confirm your place

Submit the documents and pay the first instalment. We register your child on the government student portal, which gives them a PEN.

Documents

  • Birth certificate
  • Aadhaar of the child and both parents
  • Previous school’s report and transfer certificate (from Grade 1)
  • PEN or UDISE+ student ID, if already issued
  • Four passport-size photographs
  • Any medical, learning support or allergy information

Joining from CBSE, ICSE or a state board

Children move into Cambridge easily up to Grade 8. In the first term we check reading, writing and maths against the Cambridge objectives and teach any gaps in small groups.

Children from CBSE often find Cambridge science and English more demanding in writing and practical work, and some maths topics come in a different order. That is normal and we plan for it.

Students joining in Grade 9 choose between IGCSE and the CBSE route. If your child is headed for JEE, NEET or a CBSE Class 12, the CBSE route is usually the better fit.
